I have been a Steelers fan for, well years. My dad was one and he turned me on to them. I watched superbowl XL {40}, I was there when Bettis {I call him the bus} left them.
My favorite players are Roethlisberger, Parker, Miller, Lambert, Polamalu, Batch, Ward, Holmes, and Bettis. I know that Bettis quit and Polamalu changed his last name, but I still like them. I watched Jack Lambert on you tube. The dude is an animal!!! He's crazy! He, along with Jack Ham, give the Steelers the saying "You can't beat a pair of jacks."
The five rings. We are the only team to win two super bowls back to back twice. And one of the two to win one as a wild card. Starting with '74 to '75 and '78 and '79, and finally '06 to have all our super bowls. We won the last one after winning each play off game on the road!!
On Friday, January 5th, 2007 we said goodbye to our former coach Bill Cowher.
On January 22nd, 2007 we welcomed our new head coach Mike Tomlin, formerly of the Vikings.
